5. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers should:

Follow maintenance recommendations provided after project completion
Use renovated areas and installations as intended
Retain project agreements and invoices
Report any issues within a reasonable period after discovery
Provide reasonable access for inspection where necessary

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may affect warranty eligibility.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact Van Roy Demolition SRL and provide:

Invoice or project reference number
Description of the issue
Photographs or supporting documentation where applicable

7. Inspection and Resolution
